Templemore Baths - October - December 2024
Experience the practice of therapeutic sound
Join Tessa Ann for a series of sound baths and introductory workshops in Templemore Baths East Belfast, as we mark the lunar phases and seasonal changes with therapeutic sound sessions.
The November and December sound bath sessions mark the full moon for that month. With the December session also welcoming the winter solstice.

Tessa’s 2-hour ‘Introduction to Sound Healing’ workshop which includes a Sound Bath on Sunday 27 October is designed to help you understand some more about the benefits of therapeutic sound, while giving you tehcniques to get the most from your regular sound bath sessions.
